Questions
Is the free tier a trial?
No. It does not expire. You get the scope and class wizard with a dated PDF, one SBOM kept permanently, read-only vulnerability monitoring on it, and CycloneDX and SPDX export. If that is all you need, keep it.
Do I have to talk to anyone?
No. There is no path through this product that requires us to answer a phone. That is deliberate, and it is the main reason to pick us over the demo-gated vendors.
What currency am I charged in?
EUR, USD or GBP, your choice at checkout. Payments are processed by Dodo Payments as merchant of record, which means VAT and reverse charge are handled correctly for EU B2B and you get a compliant invoice.
Is binary firmware analysis really included?
Yes, at Team and above, twenty deep scans a month rather than a quote. That is the point. Everybody else who does binary analysis prices it at enterprise level or will not tell you the price at all. Extra credits are an add-on if you need more.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
You export everything in open formats, at any time, including after cancelling. CycloneDX, SPDX, VEX, CSAF and the documents as files you can read without our software. The vault retains for ten years because that is the CRA obligation, and that retention is a storage setting, not a promise.
Can I get a human to look at my file?
Yes, as a paid add-on. A named reviewer reads your technical file and SBOM and returns written findings, with their name on it. The core product stays self-service; the review sits on top of it.
I am applying for SECURE grant funding. Does that work here?
Yes. The SECURE programme offers up to €30,000 at 50% co-financing for CRA readiness for MSMEs established in the EU or associated countries. Onboarding includes the information you need for the application. Note that non-EU manufacturers are in CRA scope but not eligible for that funding.
