Who you are contracting with
DNS Ventures LLC, registered in the State of Wyoming, United States of America, at 30 N Gould St, STE R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States of America. Payments are taken by Dodo Payments as merchant of record, who are the seller for the transaction and who handle VAT and reverse charge.
We are not a notified body, a conformity assessment body or a law firm. The product builds documentation and evidence from your own data. What it produces is yours to check and yours to sign.
The three questions people ask first
Can I cancel whenever I want?
Yes, from a screen in the product, with nobody to email. Your plan then runs to the end of the period you already paid for. Cancelling on day two of a month does not cost you the other 28 days.
Can I get my money back?
Your first payment on any plan is refundable in full for 14 days, no reason needed. After that the refund policy sets out the cases we refund, including a feature that does not work and an outage over 72 hours.
Do I have to sign a DPA?
No. It is already part of your agreement and it is published in full. If your procurement process needs a countersigned copy we will sign one, but nothing about your account is waiting on that.
